The product must be shipped free and be in new condition.
Products that are on sale do not qualify for our 120% price protection guarantee.
Applying for the 120% Price Protection
In order to apply for the price protection guarantee, please provide the web address of the online store where you saw the product, or if you saw the product at a lower price in a retail store or physician’s office or spa, then please provide the telephone number of that facility so that we may contact them for verification. We will need 24 hours to obtain the necessary information. Once we have confirmed that the product meets the terms and conditions of our 120% price reduction guarantee, we will reimburse your money.
